Reno Raines
Bio: Reno Raines, was born in Chicago, on 6Th of January, to Douglas Raines and his wife. His life were fine, he even had a favorite item, a hat that was very popular, which he couldn't live the house with, unlike some. Reno didn't have that many friends but he got used to it so. His brother always trained him martial arts, since he was a kid, until he went to the army.When he turned 15, Reno heard that his brother was M.I.A, assumed dead as he took it very hard, like his parents, and other family did. His mother suffered from depression. Reno and his father was pretty close and were there for his mother, as much as they could.
As soon as Reno was 18, he joined the army. The rangers and was one of them for some time, at 19 he got wounded as he met a nurse, by the name of Janet who took care of him. During the time he was healing, the two spend a lot of time together, as they were lovers, but then when he got better he had to leave. As the two kept contact for a while, until the contact broke, when he called her and found that her phone got disconnected, he was devested and hurt, yet moved on. After the army he went to college for some time, then after that he joined the police academy, in San Diego, California. In that city he met a young woman by the name of Val Prentiss, as they fell in love and became an item. After he graduated the police academy, Reno became a cop, as his father was proud and came to his graduation day, as they even took a picture together. As far as the mother goes she wasn't there, as she couldn't handle it, she then passed away.
Reno was a good cop, and his father couldn't be anymore happier for him. He eventually got engaged to Val, and planned to quit the force, to marry her and be a family with her. Reno worked on one last case, as he moved himself and his fiance' to Bay City, California for it. After that he was about to retire. Yet he made a mistake of trusting a wrong cop, that his friend unknowingly introduced him to. Reno told him that he Found a rouge cop, and what not, same information he told his friend before that. The cop's name was and is Dutch Dixon, the two argued, until the cop seemed to act like he believed him, as he gave the cop information about where he stayed at, which was the biggest mistake ever.
The guy after that meeting talked to his partner, the cop Reno saw, as both got a criminal released and paid him to kill Reno. As the guy found where Reno an his fiance' were at, alone spending time together , he burst in and shot but missed Reno and hit Val, instead he got up at that exact moment. Which scared, upset and Annoyed Reno as he shot the criminal with his gun. After that he picked up Val and took her to the hospital, yet had to leave as he packed his things and moved to a different hotel. As he saw on the news that someone used his gun to kill another cop, and in the news it was mentioned that it was him, but that was a lie. Reno was talking at the time to his friend, who told him to watch the news. From that day on, he was a fugitive, framed for a crime he never committed.
Reno packed and left, as he kept contact with his friend, who was still a cop. unknowingly to him, Dutch sent two bounties after him, while Reno searched for the criminal who shot Val, who wasn't alive, so there were still brave waves but no more. He found the guy with the guy's gang, as he waited then got in and caught the guy. As he took him on his bike, then left the bike somewhere, as he took a car and left on it. Yet, he got himself caught with the guy by the bounty hunters. The sister, Chey Phillips, believed that Reno was innocent and couldn't stand nor trust the cop who talked to them, unlike her brother Bobby. She and her brother got the two on their vn and took off. When they stopped they all got off, as Bobby and Chey made food, as Chey handed a plate to the other guy, and after that to Reno, as she set by him and the two talked, despite the fact that her brother hated it.
Not long after that, Reno saved their lives and they became friends and partners. Together they found his brother, who turns out was kidnapped and not dead, so first he found out the truth from his brother's commander, whom he knew rather well when he was younger, then th rest he found out by himself with his friends and partners. Chey was the one who made him a new id card, as he goes by Vince Black now, unless with them or family. He and his father became distant a while after he got framed, as his father believed the lies, because of being wanted he missed his mother's funeral and his fiance's, though he watched both from a distance.
Over time he and his father met again, and made peace and now they are close once more. As they keep in touch, like he and his older brother do. He and Chey almost got together, but so far no luck for that so. .
Personality: Reno is a sweetheart guy, friendly and smart, as well as kind as he shows it when ever he can. He is also very naïve/innocent as he definitely trusts too easily a lots of the times. Reno is very shy next to a woman he likes, like Chey, Lisa, Teddy and some others, and it is shown at times not a lot. As he does fight his shyness and it is easy to see. He is sensitive, as he gets angry or happy, sad, excited etc very easily. However, when he is angry, Reno is very dangerous, just ask Hound Addams, he will tell you as Reno scared him as hell, as well as others he scared that way. Reno doesn't mean it, not really but when anger takes over, he doesn't controls what he does. At times he doesn't care, because he is wanted, so what worse could happen? So he thinks when that happens, but it mostly only with enemies, not friends so. Reno is very loyal and kind.
Reno fells in love too easily, but he won't cheat ones he is with someone. Also lately because of his situation, he tries to avoid relationships, also it isn't always easily, so it's mostly the woman who gets him to be with them. Reno tends to blab at times, when nerves. Also he doesn't mean to nor notices that. He is romantic, also he doesn't think so, He is very friendly, and is rather easy to become his friends, yet only if the person proves he or she are worth it, then he will be friends with them.
