Maeson Marlow McGinnis was confused. Completely and utterly confused. She had woken up somewhere new, not to mention she wasn’t really in the “right attire”. The last thing she remembered was being with Batman, young Bruce Wayne in the past and a surprise attack from Penguin. Maeson wasn’t really one for dealing with the smaller issues; she was still looking for stopping the biggest problem over all but Bruce had said that this couldn’t be rushed. The younger Bruce Wayne was a little more tolerable in her opinion. She noticed that he was a little more of a laid back guy in a way and not such a stick in the mud.
Maeson was completely out of sorts, not because she was somewhere other than Gotham city but because of what she last saw before she had gone back to the past, gone back to confront the younger version of her grandfather. She remembered the Talons sent by the Court of Owls the ones that killed or were trying to kill both of her grandfathers and her father. She knew that she shouldnt have been thinking about it but it always came back to her. She had told Alfred and told the younger Bruce Wayne about everything and he had listened, comforted her to some degree, in his own way.
Maeson let out a sigh as she looked around. She was in some medieval time era. She was here, wearing her Robin suit. That was a little awkward. She wasn’t really used to the costume itself but now that she was here, somewhere without Batman, it just looked kind of stupid to her. At least the red haired girl had a backup. Maeson was wearing a backpack, one that had her street clothes in it, just in case. She thought that if Flash could have a ring that shoots out his suit, then she could have a small back pack with her things in it. Batman didn’t like that very much but she knew that he would live.
Maeson had hurried, changing as quickly as she could. She threw on a gray t-shirt and a pair of blue jeans and put her converse shoes back on. Maeson had taken her hair out of the pony tail and stuck everything into the back pack that she had on before.
It was now time to explore. Maeson still kept the bracelets on that were for the bat-computer. She looked around the buildings and decided that this was not a good thing at all.
Maeson just continued to walk and she stopped outside of a book shop. she let out a sigh and hoped someone was inside. she walked in and she looked around. She loved books, something that she had forgotten since she had come back to the past.

The only good thing that came out of this place was that Belle's bookshop was here. A sigh escaped her and she was inside the book shop organizing things to their rightful place. Her books were her escape as she sat there and tried to read a few of them. She had hours until she was going to open the shop. If only Rumplestiltskin was here, everything would have been perfect for Belle. Sighing she heard someone come through the shop and she peaked her head out from where she was. Studying them quietly. Putting the book back in its rightful place. she smoothed out her skirt and fixed her hair. Trying to look presentable. Belle then walked out and smiled lightly.
"Hello.." she said smiling lightly and pausing in her tracks. "May I help you?" she asked eyeing the new comer to her shop and she watched her for sometime. Belle had never seen her before and perhaps she would need her assistance. "We aren't open yet, but you are more than welcome to look around before I open it" she explained.

Maeson Marlow McGinnis looked around the book store. It was nice, smaller than the one she had always gone to in Gotham City. Maeson was home sick. Not home sick from the world she came from but home sick from the world she grew up in, the world where she had a mother and a father, her father and both of her grandfathers were probably dead right now. She knew she couldn't think like that though. Since meeting the younger version of her grandfather Bruce Wayne, she knew that the old man Wayne probably still had a lot of fight in him, no matter what his age is. Maeson has also gotten the chance to meet younger Superman, and he didn't seem too pleased that Batman had a new side kick.
Maeson had then heard someone call out to her. The young ginger girl turned quickly and saw another girl, a little older than she is standing there. She has long brunette hair and Maeson just thought she was beautiful.
She had asked if she could help Maeson and Maeson shook her head. The girl then went on and said that the shop wasn't open yet. Maeson had only been here in this world for not even an hour and she already messed everything up.
"sorry, I didn't know you were closed. I can leave, but before I do can you please tell me where I am and how I got here?" the ginger asked, being straight forward.

Emerging out of the back she eyed the young girl. A small smile was planted upon her face and she said nothing for a moment. She studied the new arrival of the new person in her library. That was the one thing she loved about libraries is that you got to meet new people every day.
Hearing the young woman's voice she giggled lightly. Knowing she was nervous and she had every right to be. She didn't mean to startle her, nor did she mean to sound like she was angry. Coming closer to her she studied her for sometime.
Belle smiled lightly at the young woman. "Oh, don't be sorry. All I meant is that we weren't open yet. We open up in an hour. Well, there is no We actually. Its me. I'll be opening up in an hour" she said smiling. "I own this place, so your fine don't worry" she explained. "As opposed to where you are... you're in a new land called Aideon. And to answer your next question? I'm not really sure how you go here" she said softly to her.
"What is the last thing you remember?" she asked tilting her head at the young woman. While she waited for her answer she studied her in case they may cross paths again. "What is your name by the way?" she asked looking upon the woman.

Maeson Marlow McGinnis looked at the girls smiling face. Maeson had shoved her hands into her pockets and let out a sigh. She had giggled in response to what Maeson had said. The girl had come closer and Maeson didn’t know what to think. She wasn’t really wanting any trouble, not that she couldn’t defend herself but because she was somewhere new with no means to get by and nowhere to stay. Maeson looked at her when she said not to be sorry and that all she meant was that she wasn’t open yet. She went on and said it was just her.
Maeson smiled to her. “just you? Don’t you get lonely?” Maeson asked, wondering how she herself could deal with being on her own. That was one thing the young ginger girl wasn’t really looking forward too. She was alone anyway, though. Everyone she knew from her world were probably dead and now that she was staying with the younger version of Bruce Wayne, she wasn’t really that alone. She loved talking to him and his butler Alfred, whom she had never met. Maeson was with out them now, in this strange world.
The girl then said that Maeson was in a place called Aldeon and that she wasn’t sure how Maeson got here. Maeson let out a sigh. That was just something she would have to find out for herself. She was then asked what the last thing she remembered. Maeson thought a moment. “I was working, working with my foster father?... and ended up here.” Maeson said to her choosing her words carefully. She didn’t know what to call Bruce Wayne, even though he was her grandfather, she didn’t know if she should call him that or her foster father since that was the cover story for them.
She had then asked for Maeson’s name. “sorry, I’m Maeson. What about you?” Maeson then asked her.

A light laugh escaped Belle when the girl asked her about her loneliness. "No, Never. I've never gotten lonely in this place. Its full of books so I read whenever I can and they transport me to another land" she said smiling upon the young girl. "Well I guess you could say I do get a little lonely but I read so.. I'm always somewhere new and exciting when I do." she said to her.
"Hmm.." she began again. Belle blinked and thought about it as she heard her words. "You were working with your foster father?" she repeated. Frowning she looked upon her. "I'm sure he'll come along" she told her sighing. "I've lost someone too along the way of my arrival" she said nodding her head. Belle smiled again. "Don't worry young one. I'm sure he'll come along" she said softly once again.
Hearing the young woman's name she smiled more. "Its nice to meet you Maeson.." she said to her. Then Maeson had asked her for her name. "My name is Belle.." she said lightly sticking her hand out for her to shake.

Maeson Mackenzey McGinnis looked at Belle and she wondered how she could do it. She wondered how Belle could just open a book and not feel lonely anymore. Maeson wasn’t buying it one bit. She was just too distracted to even think about reading to not be lonely. Maeson let out a sigh and she shook her head. “so, how do you do it?” Maeson asked her curiously. “how do you just let the bad go and sit and read?” Maeson then asked, to finish her question. Maeson looked around at all the books and she then looked back to Belle. “sorry, there is just a lot on my mind and” Maeson paused and let out a sigh. “never mind, sorry.” Maeson finished, not really knowing how to explain it.
Belle had then said that she had lost someone along the way of her arrival to this place. She then said not to worry and that he will come along. Maeson only hoped that it was the truth, what she was saying. She then said that it was nice to meet her and her name is Belle. Maeson shook her hand.
“so, since I may be here for a while, where would I go to get somewhere to stay, like get a room?” Maeson then asked her curiously.

Staring at Maeson, Belle said nothing as she spoke for a moment. "How do I do what Maeson?" she asked as she tilted her head with curiosity. Smiling she looked at her as she spoke about reading. "I had loads of practice...in my world. While my father was planning for something and I just escape in my books sometimes" she explained. Shrugging lightly. "Plus, I get to escape this world and go venture somewhere off in a distant land" she said smiling lightly. "Would you like to talk about it? I'd be more than happy to help" she said to her in a small voice.
Thinking upon her love she simply remained quiet. Looking down then back up at her. Pulling her hand away from Maeson. Tilting her head again she looked upon Maeson again.
Belle listened to her words. "Hm, there's an inn down the road not to far from here" she explained. "I can show you it after my work here in the library" she told her. "I open in a few minutes actually" she said eyeing the clock and then back at her.
