The gown was languid and loose, clinging to her body as the wind whipped it past her. The dress fluttered against the grass, the wind twining it around her legs. It dipped low in the front revealing the swells of her breasts, a thick golden ring held the material together and kept it from falling off of her shoulders. her movements were slow, gentle, almost as though she was afraid she would damage the earth if she stepped too roughly. Her head would quirk to the side, mechanical eyes whirling, lighting up the summer night sky as they adjusted to the darkness, allowing her to see without flaw despite the waning moon. A gentle smile caressed her face as she weaved through the forest. Elegantly curled black hair hung in ringlets, ending at her waist. It was pulled high and cascaded along her back like a waterfall.
She paused momentarily as the crystalline lake swam into her view. She could see straight to the bottom so clear was the water. her head cocked to the side in curiosity, water lillies floated upon the surface, opened wide begging for the moons touch, such things did not exist in her world. Her world had been over run by disease and famine. Thousands were naught but rotting corpses buried in monstrous piles beneath the surface of the earth. Organ failure... it took so many lives. Moving her dress ever so slightly to the left, her fingers, long and pale trailed through the gorgeous waters and gently scooped up one of the lillies and drawing it close to her face. The machinery in her eyes lit up, the gears whirling and igniting. Sparking as they moved to zero in on the flower.
A crack, a snap of a twig drew her attention and the soprano singer moved shifting her weight back to her haunches. "Hello?" Her voice was deep but soft and soothing to the ears. She clutched the flower almost protectively, gears spinning wildly in her gaze as she tried to pinpoint what had made the noise.

Kurama groaned as he found himself in the middle of a wide thick forest, he blinked once and rubbed his eyes,"This is the last time i eat one of Yusuke's specially made meals for dinner..."The red head stood up and looked about, his surroundings were unfamiliar, which was saying something considered he always knew the layout of his home."Something seems amiss...last thing i remember was..."He blushed and shot up the movement in the wood drew his attention, his blush quickly faded as he pulled his famous rose from his long locks. "Who is there?"He did find it a bit chilly when he noticed that whatever had happened to him left his clothes back where he came from.

Her fingers would pull the flower a bit more tightly towards her chest, the mechanics in her eyes whirling as they landed on a red head. He held a rose within his grasp and she blinked. Mechanical gaze shielded for only a moment before she hesitantly stepped forward, rising from the edge of the lake and gently gliding towards the oddly dressed man...not that she was one to talk. Where she had come from, she had been the most beautiful woman in existance, a household name, everyone loved and adored her... but she had been a slave, Rotti's slave and hardly anyone was allowed to breathe the same air as she. His puppet and nothing more.
"I don't mean you any harm... my name is Blind Mag." She winced slightly, the stage name, erupting from her larynx without her conscious thought. "Mag...just Mag."

Kurama postured straightened as he placed his rose back behind his hair."if that is the case can you please tell me where i am exactly?"He retained his politeness even though he had no idea where he was, his only thought was to find a way back but unlike the others he traveled with back home he was less forceful in acquiring information, he wasn't very brutish as his friends where...even if they were nowhere to be found."Kurama or Shuichi if you rather, either is fine."He got up and dust himself off he was already aware he was a stick in the middle of a ocean, or the "odd man out" so to speak, his outfit didn't blend in with hers and knew if he was going to find out how to get back it would be wise to blend in.

Her head would quirk almost childishly to the left as the taller man seemed to relax, lifting the edges of her dress, the water Lily finding its home in the crevice of her dress, she languidly walked towards him. Her strange eyes, glowing like beacons as she drew closer. She offered her hand to the red head, sensing no immediate thread from him. The thing pieces of blue machinery that made up her iris seemed to glow in the dark as they realigned themselves, adjusting to the shortened distance.
"It tis a pleasure to meet you Kurama."[/b] She murmured softly, starting first with kindness. Her gaze lifted from his face to the rest of this forgotten world and a gentle sigh took her captive. "I wish I could tell you more about this place but I'm fairly new here myself. From what I have gathered, this world pulls people from different times, different worlds, seemingly at random and drags them here. I come from Earth, the year was 2055 when I left, what about you?"[/b] Her voice never lost that silky, soothing quality.

He paused for a moment before he responded in a soft tone,"i see this would make sence, 2055, hope the world hasn't become to chaotic,"a charming smile grew on his face at the thought,"well i suppose i ought to find some clothes to fit in rather then stand out,"her eyes caught him off guard, he grew curious and more curiouser but he was looking for the right words he never was the rude type."I couldn't help myself, your eyes seem to have caught my attention. They are lovely, were they your mother or father's trait? Either way they are remarkable in the light here int the forest."

She would blink, confused by the sentiment, before it dawned her. Was he perhaps from Earth too? She blinked gliding closer to him and offering him her arm so they might stroll. She set an easy, relaxed pace, contemplating how much she should tell him and finally decided on the truth. "The world is in ruin. Plague, famine, disease, organ failure, they took ninety percent of the population in a fatal three years. The few of us that remain were forced to survive on artificial organs to continue living, hence my eyes." As if responding to her, the machinery moved, sparking in the dim light.
"I was born blind, my vision was granted to me in exchange for my voice. They aren't true eyes, just tiny bits of machinery that allow me to see." She murmured softly.

Kurama's bright green eyes softened,"I'm sorry to hear that, its unfortunate. If i was a miracle worker i would off my help, but even with my skill of plants and medicine I don't believe I can fix what has been lost. I too have problems I would love to loose, but I am curious."he took her arm out of politeness as he looked to her,"do you have someone...special at all in your life? I do, and it makes all the horrible things in life seem like nothing at all when your around them. I don't believe you and I are from the same time, I live on earth with my newly engaged wife, I miss her dearly. I must find a way back to her. In fact she had just asked me before I came here. But in our time, it isn't as damaged as yours is I'm afraid."

She chewed her bottom lip thoughtfully, wondering how greatly she should trust the man before her. Her eyes whirred softly, the mechanics forever adjusting and moving to make her vision perfection. With a soft sigh she cleared her throat, stepping gracefully around an upturned root. "My eyes came with a price I refused to pay any longer, I had intended too... end my sight. I would rather be blind than return to the shackles I once bore." Her voice was soft and alluring, almost whimsical in its fancy. She had intended to end her life, not to lose her eyes, but the red head didn't need to know that and she fell quiet. The unexpected subject change, forced her to blink rather animatedly, but she adjusted as his arm nestled in the crook of her own.
"I have no one, I have been under the direct command of a slaver for so long... love, kindness, a gentle heart... they had all eluded me. I hope you find your bride, it seems true love is such a rarity."

"I can agree to that , love isn't and easy thing to find, in fact i would never have known had i not had the friends to shove me in the right way. I am sure whatever brought you here, has given you one thing. Its probably the hope and new beginning, a way to make your own life yours. And not one of a slave, the life you want. That is something i truly believe, and i am sure my wife would have said the same thing."
He smiled, it was Heather and Yusuke who had given him his new life and in fact Yusuke was the sole thing that kept his life going, had he not offered his life neither of them would be where they are today. Which is something since he was now in who knows where. The only thing he had with him was a picture and the dragon's eye gem made into a ring that Heather had given him.
"Is there something you enjoy doing, perhaps a hobby of a job you wanted to have that you couldn't in your time, perhaps you can make this place the start of that goal, the beginning of your new life"
