It had been a few days since she had fed, a few days since she had even been outside of the town, choosing to keep a low profile and stick mainly to herself and to the room above the bar. But the hunger had finally won out and Caroline didn’t trust herself with all those people around her, so she finally snuck out of the town and out into the forest to go on a quick hunt for whatever animal she could find. She knew nothing of the world, so she knew nothing of what would be hiding out in the forest. Moving further and further into the wooded area, Caroline was listening intently and gazing around, waiting for some kind of animal to cross her path so that she could finally feed.
It didn’t take her long before she came across a decent side doe, in which she easily took down and fed from, tearing it up and leaving it in a bush to make it seem like another animal had done it. Licking the blood from her hands and lips, Caroline cleaned herself up as she gazed around listening to make sure nobody had witnessed what she had done. Running a hand through her hair to make sure she hadn’t messed it up, the vampire sighed heavily as she started back towards the town, moving rather slowly as she wanted to enjoy a bit of time out in the forest.
The townspeople were still completely unknown to her, and she hadn’t entirely introduced herself to many, choosing to stick to trying to find a way home. The normal noises of a forest was soothing to the young woman, making her mind set at ease as she moved through the trees, moving aimlessly towards her new home, or what she figured was to be if she couldn’t find a way back to her own. Frowning lightly, the woman finally shook her head, figuring that she was going to have to get used to being here so she might as well try to make friends and get a life set up.

Reno walked around the forest, as he was lost in thoughts. He was there a while now, but it was still hard for him to get used to the place. Reno wished that it was a dream, but the more time passed, the more sure he was that it wasn't a dream. He hated the fact that it was real, and hoped very much that one day he would get back home, also the longer passed, the more sure he was that he would never get back. Reno wondered why he was there and how, and the answers he got from the people he met, didn't help him at all. It made him more confused so, that was for sure, but no more than that. Yes Reno did like most, if not all the people he met, but that didn't mean he didn't miss the place he came from.
Yes it was very weird that he missed it, but he did. Reno couldn't help it. It was true that he was wanted there for something he didn't do, and because of that his life weren't great. Not to mention it was true, that his fiance' and love of his life, Val died, with the bullet meant for him. Yet, there was good thing there too, not just bad, like Chey Philips, for example. She was one of the few people who believed him from the start, even if her brother Bobby Sixkiller didn't. They fell in love the first moment they met, also both couldn't admit it, and her brother made it difficult on them, but still, she was great. Then it was her brother, who at first didn't believe him, and tried to convince his sister not to listen to him, which Reno didn't really blame him for it, but once he saved his life, then his sister's it all changed, and he became friends with both bounty hunters, and became a bounty hunter himself and their partner, also Bobby Sixkiller was a partner and a boss, but that was a minor detail.
Even if they were originally hired by Dutch to catch him, and give him to him, but that didn't matter, as they became his friends and refused to help Dutch catch him, which he was grateful anyway. Next was Lisa Bendetti with whom he fell in love a bit later, as they were together for a bit but brought up in the end. Then everything else, like finding his brother, after thinking he was dead and reuniting with him, then making peace with his dead. Now, that he was away from them, he missed them very much and hoped to see them again one day. Anyway, Reno stopped as he thought that he saw someone not to far away, as he watched the person closely, as he wondered who it was.

The taste of blood was still thick in her mouth, filling every crevice as she continued her slow walk through the forest. She wasn’t quite sure if the taste lingered because she was still hungry, or because it had been so long since she had fed that she wanted to savor each moment of it. Either way, the blonde knew that she couldn’t make these little hunts as often as she’d like, or at least until she found out more about this town. In her eyes she was outnumbered and didn’t want to slip up and get herself killed. Moving a low hanging branch out of her way as she moved, Caroline didn’t take any more of her surroundings in, keeping her eyes focused on the ground and sometimes at the area in front of her face, mind still moving over thoughts.
Her mind was continuously taking her back to Tyler again and again, wondering what he was doing at that moment, if he was out searching for her, and if he was missing her. She chewed on her lower lip as her mind focused on the hybrid, wanting more than anything for him to be brought to this world as well. She was missing everything about him, and couldn’t stop thinking about the last time they saw each other. It seemed like a dream now, like it had been ages since she saw his face, touched him, or simply held him in her arms. Frowning lightly at the memories, Caroline sighed deeply as she shook her head, wanting the memories to stop, to stop flooding her mind and causing her to feel sad.
Her aimless thoughts soon stopped as she came to a halt, eyes narrowing on the ground as she sensed someone near her. She could hear the faint beat of a heart, the soft in and out of a breath, the sounds not far from where she stood. Taking a few more steps, Caroline controlled herself as she peered around, looking for who might be out in the forest with her. It took her awhile before she spotted the man, letting a brow rise as she stared at him, contemplating a few different situations in her mind. At the moment, she was uncertain if he was good or bad.

Reno watched her closely, not sure what to think. He looked around, then back at her and sighed, as he wondered if she was good or bad, as well as who is she. Also Reno wasn't going to ask, as he didn't want to interrupt, nor was it like him. Besides she wasn't attacking him, or innocent people, so she didn't seem evil, also he was being careful. Reno figured that she was just a young woman, that was taking a walk, but wasn't sure, as he did his best to be as careful as always. He knew that people could pretend to be good, but actually not be, also in that case he doubted it, but who knew for sure. Anyway, he shook his head to that thoughts, as he looked around, then back at her and sighed. Reno then gave her a smile, to be nice, also he was ready for anything, or so he thought, even so he doubted that she was trouble, as before, but just like before he couldn't take chances, also at times he still fell in to traps, even if he was careful, but he was still human, and knew that he could be fooled anyway, in fact that what worried him at that moment.
Yet, he said nothing as he watched her. "Are you lost by any chance?" Reno asked, as he did his best to be nice, also he didn't know the place any better, even if she was new or not, but he wanted to be nice anyway, until he was sure one way or the other, which she she was on, and things like that. Because, Reno figured that if needed then they could easily help each other, which wasn't a big deal, not for him, at least. After all, he loved helping and t wasn't going to change, no matter what. Reno wasn't about to let that change, not now nor ever, as he liked being just the way he way, and he knew that people who knew him well, as well as cared for him, liked him just the way he was. Anyhow, he watched her with a smile, as he waited for a reply curiously, as he wondered what would it be.
"If you are new, or not here long, but not to new either, and still don't know the place well, then we could help each other out, if you would like, as it is completely up to you. I am fine either way, so you pick, not me" Reno said to her, few minutes later as he then continued to wait for her to reply to him, as he smiled at her once more. "I don't want to hurt, or would I hurt you. Don't worry about it, if I was going to, then I would have by now" he said to her few minutes later. Reno hoped that she would understand that he was telling the truth, yet he believed that she did.
